Every year, we give CAMRA Awards to pubs and clubs in our Branch area. The shortlist is drawn up based on members visiting pubs and clubs and submitting beer scores, and also sending in recommendations for the next edition of the CAMRA Good Beer Guide.

2026 Pub of the Year the Happy Man Englefield Green.

Presented to landlord James Oldroyd by the bald bloke to the right, who is Branch Chair Spike, during their March Beer Festival. No doubt there will be more during the year so keep an eye on our Diary.

2026 Cider Pub of the Year the Thames Side Brewery in Staines.

Head brewer and landlord of Thames Side Brewery Andy Hayward being presented with his Certificate by Branch Cider Co-ordinator Sue. This was during his third Cider Festival, featuring some locally made ciders amongst others.
