After six and a half years trading, providing an amazing array of beers to drink and fridge full of some pretty colourful cans, the sad news is that the Hoppy Place in Windsor closed on Saturday 21st March. Like many pubs they have suffered from a downturn in trade, along with several neighbouring businesses which have closed. Business rates, utilities and employers national insurance contributions and supermarkets added to the pressure. Hopefully you had a chance to visit before they closed.
