Closed and planning permission granted by Spelthorne Borough Council for demolition and construction of a 4 storey block of flats with A3 cafe/restaurant on ground floor on 6th March 2019 ref 18/01533/FUL. Premises demolished, and amended planning application 23/00112/FUL subsequently submitted. Currently still a hole in the ground.
