This site closed on 27th May 2022. Now situated in 1 Hale Street, Staines-upon-Thames, TW18 4UW and known simply as Thames Side Brewery. Planning permission was granted back in March 2016 for entire site including adjacent Bridge Street car park, all of which owned by local authority. This was for 205 residential units with shops and café on the ground floors, up to 12 storeys in height. Whilst this permission has now expired, it is subject of ongoing negotiations between all parties.
