The George at Addlestone has been closed for some time, and despite pubco's minimal efforts, no new tenant was found. Unsurprisingly having been left to deteriorate badly, it is now subject of an application for change of use and redevelopment as 3 dwellings. As this will retain current listed building albeit in altered form, application is supported by the Borough Conservation Office, so things don't look good.
